Question 2: How long does it take to complete a project?

Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work. We provide detailed estimates and work with you to ensure timely completion, keeping you informed throughout the process.

Question 3: What types of services do you offer?

Drywall repair & patching

Painting touch-ups

Trim, baseboards & caulking

Doors, locks & hardware fixes

Light carpentry & small repairs

Fixture installs (fans/lights/faucets—licensed pro if required)

Punch-list / make-ready work

If a repair requires a licensed trade or permit (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing), we coordinate a properly licensed contractor for that portion.

Question 4: Who handles warranties and failed inspections?

Licensed contractor = responsible for their trade work, passing inspections, and correcting anything that fails due to their workmanship or code compliance.

The Round Table = coordinates the fix (scheduling, communication, tracking), and stays your single point of contact.

If The Round Table performs any non-licensed work directly, then we warrant our own workmanship on that specific scope.
